Denver’s Trusted Headlight Restoration Specialists
Restore your headlights for improved visibility and a refreshed look.
Don’t Drive Around Denver with Dull, Foggy Headlights
Are your headlights cloudy, yellowed, or hazy? Over time, exposure to the sun and elements causes the clear coat on your headlight lenses to break down and deteriorate. Not only does this affect your vehicle’s appearance, but it also reduces visibility at night and during Denver’s unpredictable weather.
If you’re looking to sell your car or simply want to give it a fresher look (while improving safety), this is a great service to choose.
The best part? Most headlights can be restored to like-new condition without the need for expensive replacements. New headlight assemblies can cost hundreds—or even thousands of dollars—depending on your vehicle’s make and model. A headlight restoration is a cost-efficient alternative that brings back the clarity and condition.
Interested in transforming the exterior of your vehicle? We also offer paint correction, ceramic coating, and paintless dent removal (PDR) services.
Our Headlight Restoration Process
In order to restore your headlights, we wet-sand, polish, and apply a protective ceramic coating to ensure long-lasting clarity. Each vehicle is unique, some headlights require more extensive restoration than others, but we adjust our process to deliver the best results. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Cleaning and Masking the HeadlightsL We start by thoroughly cleaning the headlights using a rinseless wash and clay treatment. Then, we carefully tape off the surrounding paint to prevent any accidental contact with sandpaper.
Step 2: Wet-Sanding the Lenses: Depending on the condition of your headlights, we use sandpaper ranging from 800 to 3,000 grit to remove oxidation and damaged clear coat. Lower grits are used to remove the bulk of the grime, while finer grits refine the surface for polishing. So the lower the grit, the more aggressive it is.
Step 3: Compound and Polish Headlights: Once the lenses are prepped, we use a 3” machine polisher to cut and polish through any remaining imperfections and restore the shine and clarity.
Step 4: Apply a Protective Coating: To ensure long-lasting results, we finish with a durable ceramic coating that protects your headlights from future oxidation and UV damage.
This service typically takes between 1-2 hours, depending on the severity of the headlight condition. If your fog lights also need restoration, we can take care of those for an additional fee, depending on their material and condition.
Looking to give your car an upgraded look? We also offer window tint services to add privacy, block out the heat from the interior, and protect your plastics.

Headlight Restoration FAQ
Can you restore headlights with cracks or scratches?
We can often improve the appearance of headlights with minor scratches, but deep cracks or damage to the lens may still be visible after restoration. The level of improvement depends on the severity of the damage.
Is headlight restoration better than replacement?
In most cases, yes! Restoration is a much more affordable alternative to replacement, especially considering that even brand-new headlights will eventually face the same oxidation issues over time. By restoring them, you extend their lifespan while maintaining visibility and safety.
Are headlights restored from the outside or inside?
Most headlight damage occurs on the exterior, where the factory clear coat has deteriorated. However, if you notice moisture or condensation inside your headlights, this could indicate a seal failure, which might require more than just restoration.
